David Boaz notes that smokefree restaurants seem to do very well — in many cases better than their counterparts that allow smoking. Which suggests that the market is settling this issue just fine, without need for sweeping government coercion.

Meanwhile, Omaha has urged citizens to help enforce the city’s smoking ban by calling 911 to report public smokers.
