Colby King sticks with the Jonathan Magbie case. The worst thing isn’t that an idiot judge sent someone in Magbie’s fragile medical condition to jail for simple, first-time marijuana possession, though that’s certainly awful. No, the worst thing is that after Magbie died in custody, the son of a bitch judge is wholly unrepetant about it. Another dead drug user is another drug user off the streets, I guess.
