Please do not answer any more of crazybob's points. I'm very close to selling him a "Lisa Simpson anti-tiger rock" and I don't want you screwing the deal with that "Obama didn't stop any terrorist attacks" logic.

Also, vote for Gary Johnson: Saved New Mexico from Martian invasion an amazing 4,559 times! No other candidate makes that claim!

The salvation for GM was pretty much outlined by Mitt Romney in his editorial that is getting a lot of circulation this week.

Bankruptcy: it's there for a reason. If you think Obama writing a check to GM was so great, write a check of your own and put 100% of your savings into GM stock. Go ahead, I dare you.

I know I should keep feeding you CrazyBob, but I will.

Obamacare-wonderful, he forced us to buy something from those greedy corporation that everyone hates so much.

ended DADT-fair enough

Made 2 good SCOTUS appointments (instead of the political hacks of republican predecessors)-Right, because liberal hacks aren't hacks. Only conservative hacks are hacks.

Significant enhancements of Consumer protections-Um...no. No he hasn't. Not even a little.

Saved GM-Hurray, spent billions of tax payers dollar propping up a failing company.

Killed Bin Laden-No, those were Navy Seals that did that.

Protected the US from terrorist attack-Zero evidence that he or any other politician has protected us from jack shit.

Reformed student loans – making more money available to students and no cost to taxpayers.-Great, he did his part to increase the coming student loan bubble.

Dude, why the fuck do you even waste your time here? You just keep on rehashing the same boring and disproving talking points over and over again. No one believes your crap and no one is gonna suddenly change their minds hearing the you cheer for the very things you would probably hate if a Republican president was doing the same.

The “Cult of Obama” meme is right wing propaganda made from whole cloth.

I visit reddit.com/r/pics for photos of cats doing funny things and memes, but it is full of pics of Obama looking like James Bond and Romney with photoshopped devil horns. Obama Cult even invades Icanhas.cheezburger! Only porn remains cult free...for now...thank god, so I can at least have 3-4 hours free from the cult each day.

Now, why the hell am I arguing with a cult member about the cult?

These claims are some of the biggest reasons why Obama supporters aren't worth talking to. This list is all bullshit that they hungrily, happily wolf down constantly and grin at you to grab a seat and join in.

#62,

Well for one it is no longer legal for a business to deny gay couples coverage on their benefits plan because they have a marriage license that is legally identical to the firm's heterosexual employees. Then there is also the fact that gay couples could use that as a basis to force private adoption agencies with conflicting religious views to cooperate with them. How's that for you?

so unlibertarian aspects of marriage law can be avoided easily.

Assuming they don't live in a common law marriage state...

"The existing laws governing marriage are already incompatible with libertarianism. Expanding them to include homosexuals not only expands those that are subject to them personally/as couples, but also brings in other issues such as forcing businesses to accommodate them."

What is meant by this? Putting aside anti-discrimination law, which I agree is problematic for libertarians, how is gay marriage specially problematic? No one becomes gay married without choosing to do so, so unlibertarian aspects of marriage law can be avoided easily.

crzyb0b,

I think that the Hagiography of Obama is a fairly open phenomenon; how else do you explain that the Left isn't even embarrassed by the Nobel Prize he was awarded for nothing in particular? It doesn't reach the hight of absurdity achieved by the Cult of Saint Kennedy, but it's pretty silly.

Obama is a third rate small time political hack with a Radical chic background and no achievements to recommend him. He has the righteousness of a Borgia pope, the ethics of a ward heeler, and the off-prompter speaking skills of Marcel Marceau. Making him look remotely presidential has required the full time connivance of the entire Left Wing media, and even then it's patchy.

Not that I thought he was a measurably worse choice for President than McCain. But he's a papier mache public figure, and the sooner we can forget him the better.
