The police didn’t used to do this. Now it is Job #1 to kill any dogs which are present when the police show up. It’s the first order of business.

Reason? Because the police don’t suffer any negative consequences for killing dogs, and also because they just happen to enjoy killing dogs. This is not a coincidence. They set it up this way so they could keep doing it.

At the end of the day, who benefits from the actions of the police when they shoot your harmless and friendly dog in front of your family? You? Your children? The innocent dog? The neighborhood? Who benefits from the depraved killing of harmless family pets as they run away in fear?

I just know it would make me so fucking angry I’d want to kill the cop(s) that shot my dog with my bare hands and there would be NOTHING more on my mind than that revenge, they wouldn’t get a single word out of me that was unrelated to that righteous fury and it would make me far more unmanageable, I’ll grieve later!). The worst part is that it doesn’t really matter to the cops if the “suspects” and the dogs are actually innocent and/or the raid is at the wrong address.

It is interesting to note that the first shots fired at both Ruby Ridge and Waco were from federal agents killing dogs.
