   Looks like the Broadway Bridge.

   It’s not the Broadway, it’s the Hawthorne. Note the (somewhat hard to see) overhead ramp at the very top of the picture leading to the Marquam Bridge.

   @2 I didn’t even see that black bar at the top because I was focused on the buildings. You’re right, that’s Hawthorne.
