The underlying theme is that even the cream of GOP supporters, which CPAC is purportedly a gathering of, does not rely on reason and principle to guide their political decisions. Everyone needs to work on their neighbors.

Wow. I mean I had an idea of what to expect, but, wow. Michael Moore could not have made the cons look more obnoxious, and O’Reilly could not have made the occupiers look more obnoxious. Also I know its stereotyping, but as a born and bred southerner I tend to associate republicans with a certain traditional masculine ethos. Because that is what most of the people I know who are hardcore republicans are like. Not bad people by any means (although their stances on gay rights for instance could certainly be more evolved) but more, old school tough. The people in this video looked downright dainty.
