    Alright I’ve got to ask, what are those Radley? They look like they have ropes at their bases. Some kind of toy?

    It’s an art exhibit. It’s just across from Prague’s main modern art museum. Right by the creepy giant baby sculptures with UPC symbols over their faces.

    And they are illuminated at night.
