Also the whole lighting the sugar cube of fire is pointless and adds nothing to a good absinthe. Try St. George it’s an absinthe produced in the states, do 3 to 4 parts water to 1 part absinthe. Sugar is optional depending on personal preference for sweetness. Of course if you dont enjoy black licorice you probably wont ever like absinthe.
