Did Matthew have a valid contract with these private contractors who burst into his home, with ill intent?

If you live in that area make an effort to get on the jury and find this man innocent. In fact the system should pay him huge damages for what they have done to him.

Perhaps if Americans actually start fighting back against these ball-less criminal thugs they will think twice about murdering and violating the rights of American citizens.

Better yet I like the idea of locating the homes of these thugs and doing no knock raids on their homes. Shooting their dogs, putting guns in their kids faces, accidentally shooting them when they try to defend themselves. IF they survive – then arrest them for treason and violation of inalienable rights.

Sounds reasonable to me as every peaceful tactic has failed with these demons from hell. What do you think?

WTF for? This kind of crap has been going on since at least the demonic republican Nixon, right? Then it accelerated during the administration of the foul democrat Carter. Then it got *even worse* under the profoundly evil republicans Reagan and Bush 1. Then it got *much worse* under the satanic democrat Clinton. Evil Incarnate republican Bush 2 made it that much worse: there were rumors for the first time of human sacrifices. And now here we are under the archfiend democrat Obama……

And nothing’s changed; and the rate of atrocity ramp-up continues unabated. Hell, now – again under the ‘people’s friend’, Barry O, you can get hassled/tased/arrested/shot (if you do it just right) for taking their freakin’ **pictures**.

What exactly do you think “voting for change” will do except give us a new figurehead/boogeyman to grumble about?

Another dynamic to this madness of police state raids is the adrenalin rushes that these SWAT nazis get addicted too. Why the hell can’t people leave people alone unless they are harming others or committing real crimes? The only crimes I see being committed are mostly those claiming they are protecting others. From what?

They say crime does not pay, but that depends on what side of the bench you are on.

Thank God our country has at least one hero who will shoot back at SWAT thugs. May he face a jury of 12 people like me who have had enough.

A cop tried to stop him, he put the pedal to the metal, and instead of giving up the chase because it was a minor offense, the cop continued to pursue at speeds in excess of 110 mph through residential areas of urban Portland. (Ironically, my friend was deathly afraid of being in a car when the driver was exceeding the speed limit. She would ask to be let out, and would walk to where she was going, rather than ride with someone who was speeding.)

The driver eventually failed to make a turn, her arm was ripped off at the shoulder as they sideswiped a tree, and moments later she was ejected through the front windshield.

I’m not condoning having outstanding warrants, the driver’s role in the tragedy, etc. Just saying the cop chose to use lethal vehicular force over a non-violent offense, and that–although all too common–was wrong. The driver went to prison for a few years for involuntary manslaughter, but the cop was never even prosecuted.

And it was just a minor squib buried in the newspaper. Why was there no public outrage over this young woman’s death at the hands of police?

Just another example of marijuana being so powerful as to alter the judgement of people who don’t even use it.
