and there is also a child still doing life down there in Hayneville. Lo and behold the doctor is ALSO an expert in defensive wound theory. The science of knowing who attacked who, why and how based on looking at the body. In Mississippi a jury is allowed to believe such science AND that jack-of-all-trades Dr. Hayne is certified and qualified to give his best guesstimate on the subject, based on the wounds of course. After all, he’s never been wrong. Well, only once that is, but that was an abberation according to the MS courts, who believe Dr. Hayne should be allowed to get it wrong occasionally. Back to Dr. West….
