I don’t mean to be a party pooper in anyway, but I wanted to share this unrelated tidbit I heard about on the radio today:

Now, I’m sure there are instances where cops are legitimate in filing a lawsuit and may, for some reason or another, be prevented from suing. But hearing the lawyers on the radio ad talk about them as if they were a group of third-class citizens who were regularly trounced on was disgusting. It was like the anti-Agitator.

Agree with JCR. The Ryan Frederick case was a very similiar situation where the police busted down his front door on a marijuana raid, and ryan frederick shot and killled the cop in self defense. Both Frederick and the cop were white, and Frederick was still convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to about 8 yrs.

Actually Jim, I don’t think he was tried just because he’s black, although I’m sure that didn’t help him. He was tried and convicted because not doing so would give us all the idea that we have the right to defend our lives and our homes when the government decides to violently enter them. That’s an idea that our lords and masters find intolerable.
