“None of Us Are Free,” by Solomon Burke and the Blind Boys of Alabama. I’ve posted this song before—a couple of times. But it’s especially appropriate today. Soon, I’ll tell you why.

And when he had opened the third seal, I saw a boiling sea upon the horizon, and I beheld a Balko nutpunch; and I attempted to cover mine self with a pair of balances, for are we all not equal in the eyes of the overlords?
And the one that appeared said no, there is inequality upon the land, and your beliefs shall be sorely tested, and your breakfast shall roil as the plague within your belly, for I have news that none have yet seen.
It is the same tidings as before, but it is accompanied by a vision of the video, or descriptions of the injustices, that liken men unto beasts, and though you try to protect your jewels, your sleep shall be chastened unto the weekend.
And though you shy away from your internet connection, and bury yourself among the tasks and toils of significant housework, your conscience will be telling you: Come and see.

I miss the mod system. That was great. :)

    Right on, Radley.

Great sound and cinematography. I love me some gritty B&W…

But, c’mon, Radley; it would be far kinder to just deliver the nut-punch straight up rather than torment us with an impending nut-punch. Talk about shrinkage-inducing…

“Balko’s going to nut-punch me!” is the new “I was in the pool!”
