Then, when the cops pull the ‘stuff that happened before you started taping’ you could say how far before we started taping with ‘this’ camera, lets look at the tape from this one…

I saw a tape like that once. It was done by the criminology professor from Florida who used to be a Sargent with the LAPD.

He sends a guy (with hidden camera) into the Hollywood sheriffs’ office and asks for a complaint form. The deputy behind the counter won’t give him one until he tells him what it is for. Hidden camera guy points out that state law forbids him to ask that. Deputy says, “You’re gonna tell me or you’re gonna go to the hospital, understand me?” HCG reiterates state law, cop reaches over, grabs his head and smashes his face into the counter.

Unhidden camera crew comes in and butter wouldn’t melt in this a-holes mouth. Guess what his punishment was for aggravated assault under color of law… 3 days of sensitivity training. Which he was paid for.

Re: Police1 site. Eventually the archives of that site will be used against the police when they want more power/money. Especially if you can tie specific usernames to badge numbers or at least departments. Actually, that would be a good idea whenever the police budget is up for consideration: Give everyone on the board copies of Police1.

2. About the Rochester story: no one seems to have commented, here or elsewhere, that it appears the police were attempting to get consent to serch the handcuffed man’s pockets, and were not really getting consent, but also were not getting an unequivocal rejection (sounded like the man was talking non-responsive non-sense in response to the popo’s requests to search. iow, this attempted search was especially important to audio/video record, and it was especially important not to give custody of the recording. If they had found drugs, then they would have surely said there was consent, but the videography prevented them from doing this and they apparently let the arrestee go, their plans foiled.

That was one of my favorites. Fuck that turd. I, like many of you, am totally sickened by the mentality of these alleged peace officers on Police One. Do they ever consider what a mere “civilian” might think if they looked at these comments. I suppose they wouldn’t care, because they are the POlice and we aren’t. Let these douchebags have their sealed internet echo chamber. On the streets, they are still outnumbered.

As an agnostic, I have often said that agnostics/atheists don’t need to do any recruiting because organized churches do the job for them. I think this is becoming more and more true of police and other government entities as it relates to anarchism. Anarchists don’t need to do much recruiting (though they try), because agents of the state, like our fearless protectors on Police One, do the job for them.

I would not declare myself to be an anarchist at this point, as I still have many unanswered questions. Still, the extreme arrogance displayed by government agents everywhere makes the voluntary society sound much more logical. Perhaps I am becoming, in the words of Albert Jay Nock, a “philisophical anarchist.” And to think I am still actually on one police recruit eligibility list. Life is funny.

For extra fun, have the covert taping staggered so that when they say, well, you planned it and said things before starting with camera #2 to make us look bay, then just say well lets look at camera #3 that started taping before both #1 and #2.
