Didn’t they do something with Roky Erikson last year. Maybe I will have to track it down because in some ways Roky is the diametric opposite of Mr. Balko’s music taste (unless that is Beefheart). Not knocking Mr. Balko’s taste, of course, but it is very mannered.

Mike, not only are they still together, they have a new album and tour coming up soon.

Yeah, I found that out lickety-split, jim. The singer has a very mournful voice, but I love their sound.
