Doesn’t sound very original.
I saw chris robinson do a few numbers with phil lesh and it sounded great.
I think I heard somewhere that Luther Dickinson (North Missisippi All-Stars) is now playing for the Black Crowes. (Quick Wikipedia visit confirms this.) He’s the Real Deal, worth the price of admission alone.
‘Descending’ has always been one of my favorites. Good choice.
Have you heard the new acoustic double album they have out right now. it’s fantastic. I definitely recommend picking it up if you’re a BC fan.
aw2pp, agree with you about Luther Dickinson. Northern MS has a really interesting blues tradition, and Luther carries that torch superbly.
Never cared much for the Crowes…I like the sound of this track but his voice still grates on me.
I think Amorica is their best work.
