No indications as to the setting.
I guess: Washington, D.C.
Nope.
Although my first impression is Philadelphia, I can’t imagine this being anywhere in the US. OSHA would be having a hissy fit.
it does have a Philly flavor and we do have a lot of classic buildings with walled off windows. sad.
anyway, if it isn’t Philly, lets go with Ottawa
Buenos Aires
I believe it is so because of the grand Parisian architecture, coupled with the crap-style rooftop, complete with a latin gentleman patching it together.
That and the beautiful building coupled with the Roark-monstrosity to the left.
B.A.
Have to agree with #5 because of the label on the photo and knowing Radley has been to Buenos Aires. But had I not known that he had been there I would have assumed the BA stood for Bad Ass because he’s got some stones to be up there on such a flimsy ladder.

I’m going with Buenos Aires ;)
And yes, I cheated! :)
I thought Philly at first, but that’s because City Hall has some similar architecture…

That proves nothing. “BA” could mean “bare-ass.”
:)
LOL! Maybe so but I’ll stick with Buenos Aires ;)
I think it’s City hall in Philly. They were doing some work to it recently, hence the scaffolding.
Hrrmmm…Not sure where this is, but it looks like an apartment building to me.
The Beauvallon in Denver CO
Either Philly or B’more.
