And by the way to those of you who were listening to the radio show, (which by the way Radley did a supberb job as always) the part about reviewing OLD cases ( back as far as the 80′s) in which anyone with any physician that was not qualified is included in the amended bill HB 1456 as seen here:

And by the way Sharzak, and with all due respect, would you want a dentist to perform brain surgery on you? I think not. He or she would NOT be qualified anymore than your local Walmart greeting clerk!

So in essence, these UNQUALIFIED people held and still hold people’s LIVES in their hands.

Really tired of responding to this point. There’s a huge difference between licensing and certification requirements in the private sector and requiring that someone who gets paid in tax dollars and gives testimony in court that can put someone in prison meet the minimum qualifications of his profession. You can’t just let anyone come into a courtroom and call themselves an expert. If two private parties want to hire an uncertified medical examiner in a wrongful death case and contractually agree to abide by whatever results he produces, let them have at it. But if you’re taking someone’s freedom away, it ought to be based on sound evidence.

Interesting allegations, including that the officers had engaged in illegal activity in the past, and that one wasn’t even a certified peace officer at the time having not completed required training.

This is going to get ugly.

Just for a chuckle, the song before the second segment was “good things are happening in Mississippi”. I wasn’t sure which way to take it.
