You could get a referendum on the ballot to eliminate the red light and (even more so) SPEED cameras. That would be a start.
Then get rid of the “e-check” system whereby motorists in Cleveland (Cuyahoga Co) and about 8 other Ohio counties have to take their cars to get their emissions systems inspected by a mob-connected private company every two years. Failures to pass this test are frequent, inexplicable, and result in immensely costly repair bill. (Or you could just do what I did and slip the testing technician a couple twenties instead.)
Then, vote the entire city and county government out. Er, wait, that would never happen. All of them are anointed by the immeasurably corrupt local Democratic Party machine. (Witness former County Recorded and serial wife-beater and alcoholic Pat O’Malley routinely winning 75% of the vote and leaving office ONLY upon getting caught by the Feds with kiddie porn on his computer. And the minute that dude gets out of the joint he will go STRAIGHT BACK onto the ballot and again into office.)
Nothing against Reason or Drew, but do we really need to save Cleveland? The worst five years of my life were spent there. It’s always been a dreadful place. On the other hand, if Drew and Reason can make it better than it ever was, then by all means please do…
Here are some ideas to help my former hometown.

First two ideas are pretty good, though!

Left and right united in opposition to controversial SCOTUS decision
This will be awesome. The last time Drew teamed up with Reason I was uber impressed.
