   A police officer was actually found guilty of beating up someone they had just placed under arrest.

   And the officer is actually getting 6 months of jail time.

   Surprise, surprise – the municipality in question requires all bookings to be videotaped, and the videotape is what got the cop arrested, fired and convicted.
