TGGP is right. Wild turkeys can fly. They actually roost in trees at night when they sleep, and it’s illegal to shoot them when they are in the tree.

I was working in a radio station when that show was on. I “knew” everyone of those people. They were all real archetypes, especially Les Nessman the news guy (remember the masking tape “walls and door” aroujn d his desk) and Tarlick the sales weasel.

Best clip from maybe the best show ever. I moved to a corn field in indiana from downtown cincinnati in the early 80′s. This show was my pacifier.
