   #1, but those that think that way exclude themselves and their cronies because they’re superior beings — or more likely bigger POS that need a good ass kicking and constant “reminders” that they’re not superior.

   it seems more and more like prosecutors don’t even care about guilt- it’s ‘those we can convict and those we can’t’. of course, we all fit in the ‘those we can…’ category.
