Congrats. The first commentor seems to think that Haynes testimony is proper because the judge said so. The problem is, from my knowledge of the facts of this case, is that the judge did not appropriately apply the Supreme Court’s standards for admission of expert witnesses.

Courts will never comment on the main issue if they can get away with tossing a case on another issue. It is just the way it works.
