I’m quoted in this Jackson Clarion-Ledger article about yesterday’s Mississippi Court of Appeals decision in the Cory Maye case.

    Congrats, Radley.

The first commenter on that page is truly in bizarro world.

It’s the Clarion Liar. Some of those people live in an alternate world.

Courts will never comment on the main issue if they can get away with tossing a case on another issue. It is just the way it works.

While looking for something on Corey Maye over at the JFP, I ran across this.

Excellent work Radley, and Evans et all! I know there are many involved with bringing real justice for Cory.

You have done a most excellent job in keeping this matter in the light of day!

    Back pat..

Congrats. The first commentor seems to think that Haynes testimony is proper because the judge said so. The problem is, from my knowledge of the facts of this case, is that the judge did not appropriately apply the Supreme Court’s standards for admission of expert witnesses.
