I dunno what you Americans call that but I think we English call it a “mausoleum” rather than an above ground grave.
Not that we use them much in England. Here where I am in Portugal though they’re all over the place. It’s always something of a chock to go past the “graveyard” and realise that there don’t seem to be any graves in it.
“shock” obviously.
