Me on Freedom Watch
Wednesday, November 4th, 2009I did a segment on Judge Andrew Napolitano’s Freedom Watch yesterday discussing the use of jailhouse informants.
Not my best TV spot. I usually have them turn off the studio monitor, but forgot this time. Can’t tell you how distracting it is to see yourself out of the corner of your eye on a TV just below the camera, with a couple-second delay, as you’re trying to talk. Live and learn.
Self-flagellation aside, the judge’s show is fantastic. Here’s hoping Fox is smart enough to bump it up from a web show to the actual cable network.

Can’t see the clip at work, but I like Napolitano and have read one of his books. He seems quite consistent in the application of his libertarian views, which means he’s not a typical republican who merely picks a few pet issues to apply libertarian principles to. The main thing I disagree with is his belief that our basic rights come from god.
You were good Radley and your words flowed freely, so if you were distracted I could not see it. If you want to self flagellate yourself about something, no tie = sport jacket.
Looked good to me Radley. And anyone questioning your wardrobe choice is clearly a communist.
Also, yeah, give that man a damn TV show.
You handled yourself well. Nice work. I’m sure it’s not as easy as it looks.
Great clip, nicely done Radley. A Judge Nap show would be one I would actually watch. Has anyone here ever heard anyone on cable news programs ever mention this issue?
Ok, I watched the video since I’m now at home. I thought it was superb. You need to do that more often. How do we get Napolitano to invite you back? You should be a regular so you can pick specific stories to discuss. It would be great to get his take on some of the many specific cases you post on this site.
Great interview, Radley! Judge Napolitano is the shit. I would have no trouble addressing him as “Your Honor.”
Hey, I can’t find your contact information but your web design looked rearranged on firefox and internet explorer. Anyways, i just suscribd to your rss.
