Happy Birthday Oatwhore! We share the same birthday!

An interesting experiment in statistics and probability goes like this:

Since there are 365 different possible birthdays in a given year (excluding leap years), then because (20×20)>365, then the likelihood that any two given individuals in a sample set of 20 share the same birthday becomes almost statistically guaranteed.

Try it with your friends at your next party! Try it at a bar with perfect strangers! I’ve never had it fail yet and its a pretty good icebreaker. You can really amaze mathematically ignorant people and last time I checked there’s no shortage of those.

strange behavior needn’t be a crime punishable by a year in jail (if the roommate had reported unwanted nudity, that might be a different matter).

Was it a provision in the lease? If not, how could a roommate press criminal charges for seeing another roommate naked? Jeez.

As I said, nudity is fine on private property, or in public places where it is customary (nude beach, spa, etc.). The question is whether you should be forced to interact with naked people in close proximity, as can happen when you are out in public.

Hmmm. Nudity should not be a crime, but exposing your genitals to intentionally offend kids at the school bus stop is not right either. I just do not know if that was the case here.
