Agitator Fantasy Football

Friday, September 4th, 2009

It’s way late notice, but there are a few slots open for this years Agitator.com fantasy football league.

You’ll need to pay $75 to reserve a spot, and have 3-4 hours for a live draft this Sunday starting at 3pm.

Drop me an email if you’re interested.

Payouts go to the champion, regular season points leader, and points leader over the last three weeks of the regular season.

Can’t this be interpreted as internet gambling?

    Regards, Don

Yeah, Radley, I mean, if the feds can arrest someone for specifically saying he didn’t want a prostitute, while not crossing state lines, just think what they’ll do to your little interstate gambling gig here.

    $75???

I second Don. I wouldn’t want to give anyone any excuses to come after me if you have a target over your head.

Why don’t you set up a fantasy New Professionalism league? Everyone chips in $100 and picks the state where they think the most dogs will be shot and killed by our boys in blue this year.

I was just reading something the other day that said such things as football pools are actually illegal in California.

Honestly, if they decide Radley is getting too uppity, they’ll probably just go with the tried & true oops-are-these-drugs-I-just-dropped-on-the-ground-yours?

Not to get off subject too much, but I keep checking back at this site waiting for our “libertarian” host to go off on the President and his administration. How libertarian is it to tax a 6 year old for health insurance? How libertarian is it to have the IRS to run healthcare? How libertarian is it to put thousands of small business out of business? Tax increases? Bailouts? School indoctrination? On and on, but wait, he can’t disagree with the president because this site gets its marching orders from the gang over at The Atlantic. He can’t call out Obama because that’s what they do over at FOX News and everyone knows they’re not cool. And I know this site is part of the new “libertarian left” which means freedom and chioce for gays and beltway types, but if you live in Texas, just give us your money and shutup. If you shop at WalMart you should have your chioce taken away, that is the “libertarian left”.
    Makes me want to puke!

“I keep checking back at this site”

What, for the last 30 seconds?

I’d play, but I’m already doing 3 other leagues, and don’t to need to waste even more cash on another middle of the road team.

    I agree with Adam

I think this says it all.

Guess I’m a little late to the party. Not only that, but I see it was a live draft and I just moved out of the DC area a month ago so I would’ve had to Skype in.

It’s for the best, tho, since I’m already in four leagues.

Good luck, Radley. BTW, what is your team name?

Unfortunately, I don´t live in Washington DC. I barely know how to play the football that´s played here in Brazil, and I must be even worse playing the football that´s played in the US.

When was the draft held, am I too late?

Hey, Radley — dunno if you have a draft location picked out, but if you can bring 8 people or more to a Buffalo Wild Wings, they give you coupons for $10 in free food, a free draft board, and other stuff just for showing up. Guys from my job did this just for the free wifi and the beer selection, and we were surprised with all the freebies.

I’d love to be in, but I’m in 3 leagues already.
