“It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen,” Bell said on Tuesday citing the fact that Hayne has been removed from the list of state approved pathologists.

Nothing moral or ethical involved here like putting innocent people behind bars/letting the guilty go free; it the lawsuits that bother this dude.

<blockquote>#20 Stormy Dragon

Ground beef means that contamination is spread through the entire cut of beef rather than just on the surface and thus needs to be more thoroughly cooked.</blockquote>

Yep. That's the truth.

But, when I was a kid, my favorite sandwich was called (at least by us) a cannibal sandwich. It was rye bread with about a half inch of bright red uncooked raw lean ground beef, with a huge thin slice of raw onion, and heavily seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, and MSG.

Dem were da daze.

I'm hoping I live to be a hundred so when they ask me what I attribute my longevity to, I can tell 'em cannibal sandwiches.

While I get steaks medium, I get burgers done medium-well also. Ground beef means that contamination is spread through the entire cut of beef rather than just on the surface and thus needs to be more thoroughly cooked.

<i>"Speaking of Mississippi, Jackson’s crazy mayor lost in the city’s Democratic primary last night. He’s also in the hospital, apparently with some serious health problems."</i>

I hope "the crazy" is being surgically removed.

<blockquote>...consider the following logic which is irrefutable:
o If laws are “a living document” and thus open to interpretation, then that means those who are in power do the interpreting.
o Once the power changes hands, the new “powers that be” do the interpreting, which can be the opposite of the previous “powers that be”.
o Because laws are open to interpretation, there is no meaning since it can change, and thus you have a LAWLESS country with the facade of law being driven into the minds of those that can’t see the fallacy of the above logic.</blockquote>

To me, that's precisely what we have.

<blockquote>The Constitution is a living document which can be interpreted in ways that allows government to protect us from threats like the internet that were unknown at the time of the founding of the country.</blockquote>

I'm sure you were being sarcastic. For those that believe this, consider the following logic which is irrefutable:
o If laws are "a living document" and thus open to interpretation, then that means those who are in power do the interpreting.
o Once the power changes hands, the new "powers that be" do the interpreting, which can be the opposite of the previous "powers that be".

Pigs can catch swine flu from humans, too.

But Wilbur's biggest threat is probably a lynch mob of hysterical zoo-goers. I'd say isolation isn't a bad idea.

And.... back to business as usual! At least in Atlanta:

http://www.wsbtv.com/news/19381571/detail.html

Here's the part I don't get.... and one of the reasons I don't think cops should be working "off duty security gigs" without far better oversight and regulation:

Since he's off duty, he can't arrest someone except for an observed felony. Since that didn't happen... shouldn't his involvement have been limited to calling the police who were on duty?

Does anyone believe this guy was 'reaching under the seat' to get his CELLPHONE? No! This cop blew away an unarmed man for being afraid of him. I even have to question the rest of the cop's story. What, he ran from him, went to his car and assumed a suspicious posture virtually guaranteed to get himself shot? Who the fuck reaches under the car seat when a cop is pointing a gun at them when they DON'T have a gun stashed there?

Here's what I think happened... Off duty cop sees guy in car, figures it's a drug deal or whatever. Goes over there, the guy is startled and makes an erratic move. Cop shoots him in the face. Cop them makes up CYA story about him running, etc.

Ray's Hell Burger is the best burger in town and you can't beat the price. Less than $7.00 for a 10-ounce burger with plenty of free toppings? To quote Clay Davis (from The Wire): Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

And, for those of you who think that it's too much burger, it's actually not heavy at all. I fell more weighed down after eating most other "fast food" lunches than eating a Ray's burger.

BTW, Hell Sauce FTMFW!!!

It was only a matter of time before dissenting political speech would be deemed hate speech.

"We're here to exploit you!"

"But wait, you can't-"

"Holy shit! You questioned our authority and that's threatening hate speech and that makes you an anti government extremist. Now you are in even bigger trouble!"

Seriously, government is replacing religion. Questioning the papacy of government will be become blasphemy.

Linda "Dirty" Sanchez needs to be thrown in federal prison for the maximum recommended under her law, whether it passes or not. I read about this bill online, and it caused me substantial emotional distress. Plus, this level of stupidity has <i>got</i> to be criminal.

Banning hostile speech on the internet? It would be easier to just ban the internet.

See y'all in the gulags.
