Tokin42– yes, it is a lot of pro bono work. Attorneys at Covington & Burling have probably contributed several thousand hours of work to Cory’s case since getting involved in February, 2006, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars in expert and travel costs.

We are all looking forward to oral argument in the case.

I had completely forgotten that this was another case were Dr. Hayne was involved, hopefully that alone will be enough for the court to order a new trial.
