If have a war on alcohol, the prices raise and the Kennedy’s got filthy rich from it. If we have a war on drugs, the prices raise and the CIA gets filthy rich from it. I war have a war on personal weapons of self defense from the government, criminals and hunting, the prices of guns go up and only the politicians and their armies have guns to steal our things and take our lives without risk. No matter how you look at this, the Rothchild bankers get rich. It pays to be on the wrong side of the law, it is filthy profitable. OMG, let’s ban TV, cable and internet and really get rich, who can live without them?

So let’s ban the bans and no one will get rich over telling us what to do with our lives. Imagine a junkie would be able to buy his own drugs and not break in to my house to rob and kill me, to pay for his habit. The crime rate would drop and the the police force would be laid off.

Behaving badly? What bull shit. The criminal thugs should be strung up for treason and abuse of power to the fullest.

Why is it that all these criminals are down played with words as bad behavior, wrong choices, mistake, etc. If any of us did even a 32nd of what these bastard power mongers do all the time we would be immediately put away for almost life if not shot.

How much longer are the people gong to take this crap from these black robe devils and the thugs that control the justus system under the color of law?

Not surprising. These prosecutors & black robe devils pretty much have absolute power and we know what that means.
Right now I am trying to save my nephew from the clutches of such criminals. Disabled mentally and physically. He has never been arrested or any kind of trouble with the law if u want to call it that. He has a medical marijuana card to have access for his medication, yet he was kidnapped a few weeks ago by the sheriff Gestapo, no warrants or court orders presented to this day. Was never read his rights and charged with possession and manufacture. Since he is totally destitute, no money or resources, it’s easy picking for these criminals to create a bond on him with the threat now of facing 20 years. They refuse to turn over any warrants, documents, police reports etc unless he gets a foreign agent lawyer. In other words these criminals are railroading this whole matter like they have been doing for years to others as well and still getting away with this total abuse of power. These thugs are way over the top and they get away with it because they can and now my nephew is facing this insane prison term when no crime was really committed. It’s all about generating money and the longer the sentence the bigger the bond period! It is coming close for total war with these over power mad criminals under the color of law. This is what is called the JUSTUS system. These criminals will succeed simply because those that they destroy are those who don’t have the resources let alone money to fight these bastards so they continue to destroy lives on a whim for their own agenda for the love of money & power. Our entire court system across this country is all a dog and pony show of fraud and corruption. It’s about time that the people pick up their guns while they have the opportunity and put real justice back on the table.

I’m following the live blog right now on the Wayne County case at the Detroit Free Press:

Wayne Country prosecutor Kym Worthy said “Our system of justice is based upon the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair trial. I sincerely hope that these defendants will be afforded the same rights as others,”

I wonder if she makes this same defense of other criminals when she is in court prosecuting them?

The only thing I don’t understand is the reasoning behind the Michigan fiasco. They caught 2 guys red handed with over 100lbs of coke, lied through their teeth about how they found out, and still couldn’t get a conviction? Am I missing something?

I see two reasons possible:
1) $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ + The prosecutor in question probably was not on a Spitzeresque rocket ship.

2) The prosecutor realized that police lie all the time and didn’t feel good about working with them – but still believing the prosecutor party-line of “we are on a mission from god”. i.e. The prosecutors are honest and good. The police are the problem.
