It is suggested that thefts actually, happened during the first police visit, referred to in that news article. It is sounding a lot like the Ryan Frederick case, except the cops “confiscated” the items, themselves. Just turns out that, this guy got what Ryan, luckily, did not! I think this case deserves to be watched closely. But, the cops got rid of the only eye witness, anyway!?

My dad goes to bed at dark. And, it must be remembered, too, that the first couple hours of sleep are the deepest phase of sleep. There are so many factors that, really, add up to making this completely wrong!

I’ve never seen these words arranged in this fashion before. He still gets paid while filing an appeal, right? I mean he’s a cop!

It’s like all those news reports that talk about “enhanced innterrogation techniques” as though there any genuine debate over what America did in the last 7 years constitutes torture. Reporting facts is biased and unprofessional apparently.
