Great news. In addition to making people aware of the film Tulia, Texas (being broadcast on PBS tomorrow), I will also spread the word about this.

Films like these really expose the War on Drugs for what it is and can have a lasting effect on viewers.

I am hopeful that the tide is turning…

I hope that it gets more and more exposure. People need to be gut-punched by this.

If anyone can watch this video and NOT be moved, they need some serious, intense and long-term counseling to dig their heart out of their ass.

I even BOUGHT a subscription to your rag….who woulda thunk it?

Congrads guys for winning the award!

The real prize of course will be Cory’s FREEDOM!

[…] Watch the documentary and decide for yourself. When are we finally going to learn that treatment is a better option than men with guns when it comes to solving substance abuse problems? Will it be in time to save Cory Maye’s life? I hope so. Spread this meme: […]

Ah, the recent live chat made me migrate back here. Forgot how good it was.

The music in the beginning is “Parchman Farm Blues” by Bukka White, incidentally, if anyone was curious.
