So the lady behind the counter who inevitably says “big smile!” just before snapping my picture for some government-mandated official documentation is actually aiding and abetting criminal behavior? Wow.

How much do you wanna bet there’s a clause in that legislation barring victims of this insanity from retroactivey suing the DMV…

driving while shaving? why did they have to specifically ban that? If you killed someone in your car and it came out that you had been shaving, surely thats gonna be an aggravating factor already? If you have to specifically ban driving while shaving, then surely driving while playing kerplunk needs banning too..

This is going to sound really terrible, but I laughed at LA’s attempt to ban murder for 40 hours and the fact that there were 3 homicides in that period. It was almost like the killers did it out of spite.
