		<description>Very cool, but I have seen that before. NOVA did a show on Dr. Harold Edgerton back in &#039;85, who invented the strobe light. He had a little portable machine he&#039;d been using for years to win bar bets by making water flow backward.

He also demonstrated the power of the strobe lights used for aerial photography during WWII. He hung a sheet of newspaper a couple of feet from the strobe. One flash and the paper burst into flames.

He was apparently an entertaining professor.</description>
