Like JCoke and Chris, I liked The Office when it was more like the original BBC version. The first couple of seasons were good, but the further it got away from the original the less interested I found myself. They should have wrapped it after season 2 like Gervais was smart enough to do at the BBC.
I actually liked the office better when it wasn’t so absurd. Leave the wild and crazy stuff for 30 Rock.
The ending was well written. Character development and redemption in any genre is a plus in my book.
I have been telling myself to set aside some time to watch the last couple seasons.
After seeing that clip, I think I can wait a bit.

My sense of humor must mot be keeping pace with our changing culture.
I for one think The Office is still hysterical. Come on, butter on “the baby” because they are slippery? Genius.
