I’m too shy to post a live comment. But this pretty cool. Is it wrong to be star struck by a blogger?

Does not seem very ‘live’ it takes over 5 minutes for my comments to post. By then the conversation has already moved on and my post seems very out of place. The comments section works much better.

This live chat is pretty good. You might want to define a topic you want to stick to future chat if you want as we were all over the place here, but having a completely open-topic chat once in a while wouldn’t be bad either.

Are you going to post logs of these?

Shon, be aware that your comment is being moderated on-the-fly, I believe by Radley. He might be in the middle of typing something, reading through and removing spam, or occupied some other way before I could get to yours and approve it. Hopefully, he can streamline it better in the future (maybe by having someone else moderate while he responds?).

Damn time zones! I missed it.

I liked this idea, but I think it needs refining. Sure, I understand it’s the first time, so I offer only a suggestion: pick a topic, or a narrow range of topics. There were too many people talking about too many things to enjoy what was happening.

It might make it more interesting to have it like an AIM chat room where comments get posted instantly and everyone can converse with everyone.

I like it! it takes a bit of getting used to and I was a hammerhead and posted the same question twice, but it’s a neat forum for reading and discussing issues.

Damn time zones? Damn work AND time zones. Totally missed it, too. Please do it again.
