I was all ready to defend Fine Young Cannibals but surprisingly they didn’t make the list. Instead I’ll step up to the plate for the Crash Test Dummies, who had a few pretty good (albeit annoyingly overproduced) albums in the early to mid 90′s. Yeah, “Mmm mmm mmm mmm” got annoying after a while but they had some great quirky/thought-provoking lyrics on the whole.

Same with Hanson. Their is a lot more to the band than just MmmBop.
I hate when critics shit all over acts just because it’s in vogue to shit over.
Mostly because I take it waaaay to personally.

I don’t understand the protocol for these kinds of posts. Are you supposed to post here or at the linked site?

Posting twice is just too much effort, but I’ll go ahead just this once.

    Slim Whitman

We’ll have to add the greatest hits of “Days of the New” to the list when it comes out.
