House of Death
Tuesday, September 30th, 2008Over at reason, I have an interview with DEA whistle-blower Sandy Gonzalez, who helped expose the gruesome murders at the House of Death.
Gonzalez reported that federal ICE agents knowingly looked the other way while one of their drug informants helped torture and murder as many as 12 people. For his trouble, Gonzalez was forced into early retirement.
There has yet to be any independent investigation. And the government is now trying to deport their own informant back to Mexico, where he’ll almost certainly be killed.
Bonus for Agitator readers: I’ll post the unabridged, much longer interview here later this week.

is there anything sleazier than an informant? besides corrupt cops, I mean…
The DEA. The ONDCP. The Drug War.
All of which lead to informants and corrupt cops.
Is there anything sleazier than an informant? besides corrupt cops, I mean…
The Drug Fuhrer, John Walters, perhaps…
“Mein Ehre heisst Treue”
Aren’t John Walers, the DEA, the ONDCP, the FBI, the CIA, the park rangers, the FDA inspectors, etc ALL basically cops?
Tell me how it isn’t wrong to deport someone someplace where they will be killed, regardless of what they may or may not have done?
Really, I’d like to know.
