When I first got my dog, he had an issue with soiling his crate when I’d leave him for any period of time. So I eventually came up with the idea to build a chicken wire pen in the living room to leave him in. That way he could poop wherever he wanted and maybe he wouldn’t roll around in it.
The first time I left him alone, I came home and discovered him roaming around the apartment. I couldn’t understand how he’d gotten out. Then I put him in the pen and pretended to leave. Sure enough, he climbed right out, just like that dog in the first video. I couldn’t believe it.
If the two major parties didn’t have ballot access so locked up, either one of these dogs would be a better choice for President than anything we have now.
I love the bottom dog breaking his buddies out- if they didn’t have a camera set up, they’d never know which dog was the ringleader!
Maybe we need cameras pointed at McCain and Obama so we can see where the smart dogs are…

Beagles = Deviously smart
I’d never given beagles much thought, but you might be right. Bob Schieffer was on NPR yesterday and told the story of one of his beagles nipping a Chinese diplomat shortly after the Tiananmen Square Massacre.

I have a belgian shepherd who specializes in chain link fence escapes. She doesn’t climb over them, she patiently unhooks the bottom links until she has enough play to push her way through! Fortunately, she then runs to the front door and demands to be let back in. Also fortunately the other 3 dogs are either too stupid, lazy or both to follow her lead.
I have a dog named ruby,
And To my families dismay,
She learned how to unlock our sliding door,
push it open,and do the same with the screen.
Then Clark,the dumber dog follows along
into the yard.
The guy who owns the bottom dogs needs to get new crates.
My dog is too stupid to figure something like that out, lol.

Kieffer.
Your dog would poop anywhere he wanted in your living room? I don’t understand.
