   So far so good. [Levees failed last time after storm had passed.] Certainly a lot more preparation this time by federal, state, and even city as well as citizens.
   But this was only a Cat 2 which hit west of NO (not the Cat 4 which went through Cuba; Katrina was a Cat 3) and there is still water going over floodwalls (in Katrina the 17th street for one did not overtop but failed by sliding sideways).
