Now you need to start fighting to legalize home-distilling. It’s a good time to be a beer guy, what with the abundance of craft breweries and homebrewing resources. Hopefully you liquor guys will be in the same boat twenty years from now (and if you make a home-distill a good gin, be sure to send me a bottle!).
