People snapping crack me up. The sad part is why did it take 2 1/2 mins for one of the men to step up and put a stop to it and when 2 of them finally did the rest of the “men” stood off to the side watching instead of pitching in?

I would have watched. (From a safe distance)

My employer doesn’t pay me well enough to risk my health by restraining people. Besides, the insurance company would only deny any claim that resulted anyway.

It has happened a few times where I work..

I suppose the title “NSFW” would have been misleading?

I used to have a “ring of fire” temper, but not as extreme as that guy.
Occasionally, I’ll relapse, but only about once every one or two years
The last time I snapped, I accidently spilled a bunch of fried rice onto my lap and fucking snapped, throwing chairs all over my room, destroying picture frames and going ape shit.

Most of the time, I just stop and think before (or shortly after) I snap and then talk in that robotic fake way psychologists tell you to talk to people. It works a lot
“YOU FUCKING JACKASS WHAT IS YOUR FU[calms down]cking..sorry, what is your problem? I’m not mad at you, I’m mad at the fact that my apartment is on fire, and that you were the one who set it on fire.”

Would have been funnier if the background music was “Damn it Feels Good to be a Gangsta”.

If this was a government agency, chances are the dude still has his same job.

    Bot,

    True…

But if it were a police department, he would have gotten a promotion.

There’s a another clip taken with a cellphone held by the guy standing at the door to the right that shows the tail end of the melt-down.

At the end, you can hear the two security guards subduing him with a Tazer.

I think “Break Stuff” might have been a more appropriate song to use.

Some context would be nice. Actually, let me restate that. I loathe when things like this are posted without context. Of course, the context may have been lost several degrees of separation ago because someone was lazy.

    Solution:
    1) Everyone needs to stop being such a pussy and expecting the police to do what we are capable of doing. This goes hand in hand with the nanny state mentality.
    2) Everyone should train in some form of martial arts. If you want to minimize damage to someone in a situation like this one, then train in jiu jitsu or judo and simply take the guy down and control him. Apply some pressure on a joint or neck just to let him know YOU are now in control.

BTW it was a stun gun used on the guy, not a taser, which is why it required them to close the distance with the guy in order to zap him.

This is fake. It’s part of a number of viral “office melt down” vids that have been coming out of Russia.

Note how his computer monitor has no cords attached to it when he chucks it. Note how the women in the video dont take off but instead stay suspiciously within 4 feet of the action…when they could easily have stayed farther back or run away.

    Dude,

You are right. There are no cords. DId not catch that at first. Though it does kind of look like he got the first girl in the nose…I am betting that wasn’t part of the choreography. But she stuck it out like a trooper.

If it’s fake, it still illustrates that people shouldn’t stand around like a bunch of wimps. I’ve seen videos many times of a few people attacking someone, and there’s a large crowd standing around that could EASILY stop the attack, yet they all want to watch.

Are you sure about there not being wires?

The video is of very poor quality. In the second video towards the end of his rampage, you can see him using the wires off of one monitor as a flail. In the first video you cannot see the wires at all, merely the motion of his hands.

The second electric shot is done on camera.

Of course, I don’t understand Russian, so I can’t offer much serious insight.

Also Russian Women are made of hardier stock than we westerners. In fact, I think the woman who got bashed on the nose and gut with the guys monitor is being restrained from going after him. I think she’s the one hollering bloody murder in the second video.

Stupid fereigners, they only tazed him twice. That kind of behavior warrants at least 7 or 8 times around here.

I had a day like that once. They really came down on my shit. They actually threatened to fire me if I ever did it again. Can you believe that? It’s not like anyone was hurt. Well not enough to go to the hospital, I mean. I just needed to let off steam. They get to write off all the broken stuff anyway, so who cares? They also got all uppity about my threatening to throw myself off the roof when I don’t get my way. Said it was childish and that someday they might call me on it. Friggin’ bastards. I almost quit.

Look at 1:45 when he swings at the guard. The physical reactions don’t hold up. The guard doesn’t even really try to catch the pole with any type of urgency, and then casually throws a much taller man over a desk? It’s too overdone.
Reality would be much more frantic and much clumsier.
