Nando,
I like being a word usage Nazi, so here you go. Substituting "two" for "to" is not a grammar mistake, it is a word choice (or more likely spelling) mistake.

I kind of like the idea of dairies of the Constitutional Convention. In all seriousness... the idea that the founding fathers felt that the president should have near-dictatorial powers with respect to anything at all is nothing short of ludicrous. It makes me wonder if perhaps Goldfarb is reading the history of the wrong country.

John McCain just hired the Weekly Standard’s Michael Goldfarb two be his number-two communications guy

Radley, I hate to be a grammar nazi, but you used the wrong form of "to" in your first sentence (you added a "w").

On the subject matter, this guy is pretty out there in right field. At least he isn't a lobbyist, LOL

"by any reasonable reading of the Constitution, Federalist Papers, or dairies of the Constitutional Convention"

So the founding fathers spent the convention drinking milk? Or did they do any "Got Milk" adverts instead of writing the Constitution?
