That means she will do all in her power to help her cronies out so that they, in turn, will help her out and give her the big bucks once she's out of office (if she's elected, of course). Apparently her campaign's heavily in debt and she and Bill are tapping the personal accounts to keep it going...which can't be pleasant. Sometimes the lessons really have to be hammered into the hardcore hacks for them to realize they've hit their ceiling.
