Skullduggery!
Monday, May 12th, 2008I doubt this was an honest mistake. My guess is that someone in the Clinton campaign is unhappy with the boss.

I guess if she won’t admit defeat, her staffers are committed to making her quit. Good stuff.
I’d be fine with it if she stuck around in the race long enough to deplete her personal bank account more. Apparently her campaign’s heavily in debt and she and Bill are tapping the personal accounts to keep it going…which can’t be pleasant.
Sometimes the lessons really have to be hammered into the hardcore hacks for them to realize they’ve hit their ceiling.
I think that someone in the campaign is upset with Bill’s involvement. He certainly hasn’t helped his wife’s chances recently.
If Clinton keeps “investing” her own money, it’s quite obvious that she expects to make it back, probably with interest. That means she will do all in her power to help her cronies out so that they, in turn, will help her out and give her the big bucks once she’s out of office (if she’s elected, of course).
That’s one HUGE reason to NOT vote for Clinton.
That’s not all. While the article is being shown, watch the top left monitor. It proceeds to say: Clinton aides admit/it won’t do much for you,/but would help her politically.
Alas, I must burst the bubble… the article is a garbled New York Daily News article from December ‘07 that refers to a Troopergate scandal involving former New York governor Eliot Spitzer. Nothing to do with the Clintons at all.
