		<description>Radley, I don't know if you're aware of this, but the last American ewallet, Epassporte, stopped doing business with poker sites last Friday.  Not much has come out since then, but it seems to be related to the Neteller investigation.  This letter I think is their only public acknowledgement of what' going on.
