It seems that the burden of prof is being placed more and more on the defendant.Of course in cases of personal choice or no harm how will you get a conviction?The wars on drugs and social drinkers rolls on.

Frank, if doctors did that, they would bring down the wrath of the DOJ and FTC, which consider any activism by health care providers to be an antitrust violation. And thanks to the Patriot Act reauthorization, the DOJ can now wiretap anyone suspected of breaking the antitrust laws–meaning the DOJ would simply spy on doctors and probably report any “interesting” information to their friends at the DEA.

I’ll say it again: Doctors need to go on strike with respect to this army of occupation.

Law enforcement and their families get Tylenol and a pat on the head if they want pain relief. If they can’t hack it, they get informed of the D50 dose.

It’s time to stop playing games and acknowledge that there is a war — government agents against the rest of us. Claire Wolfe Time has come and gone.
