Looking for a toy to get your kid acclimated to post-REAL ID America?
From the product description:
Pull over! The traffic police have blocked the road to all vehicles. Wearing realistic uniforms and printed emergency vests, they have set up a roadblock with 4 warning lights and 2 pylons. They are also equipped with a map, stop sign, and pistols.
What, no Breathalyzer?

Or tasers?
$49.99?
C’mon, most Playmobil stuff like that is around $10.
Joe, you beat me to it.
Concerned Citizen…
$49.99…covers the costs of benefits, retirement, “Stay out of Jail” free cards, etc. usually borne by the local taxpayers.
Perhaps there’s a follow-up Play-Mobil set coming…”SUCKERS/TAXPAYERS/CRIMINALS” and other assorted “low-life” characters, you know the type, folks with a light-bulbs out, an expired license…
OTW, how else can the kids play without some who can be ensnared & abused at checkpoints?
Since when do cops have shaggy hair and C. Everett Koop beards?
I think the Amazon customers have taged this product appropriately.
What’s the over/under on the amount of time that some parent is going to freak out because this toy has pistols in it?
They won’t. It’s OK for police and soldiers to have weapons.
Does anyone else find the mosque in the background a bit out of place?
I will probably see this in Target for 5.99 soon enough.
Pistols! Oh Heavan forbid. Isn’t that POLITICALLY INCORRECT?
Oops, sorry, its ok to have authoritarian figures of the state armed, just not mere mortals like “the people”.
Jeez Louise – I just saw the Mosque that johncjackson pointed out.
Now I am really scared.
Maybe the road block is to catch these guys.
Not to worry. The officers will not be using profiling to catch terrorists.

No drug dog?
Where are the rubber gloves for body cavity searches?
Of course, Playmobil is known for somewhat inappropriate toys anyway. And have we forgotten the TSA Checkpoint Playmobil?
The Cops don’t say “please.”
