Coming Up
Tuesday, April 1st, 2008Tomorrow morning, I’ll be flying to Charleston, South Carolina. Tomorrow night I’ll be speaking on the criminal justice system to the local chapter of the Bastiat Society. Then Saturday, I’ll speak on forensics for a reason event, also in Charleston.
On April 15, I’ll be speaking on the drug war at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
And on April 24, I’ll be in Tunica, Mississippi to speak to a conference of that state’s public defenders. You can probably guess what the topic there will be.
The Sewanee event I believe is open to the public.

Radley…Have a safe trip…be your eloquent self…and give them all “heck!” God bless you.
Good luck with all of your trips.

Are the Charleston events public? I read the outline of events on the reason website but they don’t seem particularly clear on when & where you’ll be speaking Saturday.
Cheers!
While in Tunica, you have got to play at the Grand. Nicest dealers, best music. I’ve played them all and that is by far the best. I sometimes have business at one of the other casinos there, but always end up at the Grand.
Charleston is a great town! When are you going to make it to Atlanta?
It’s Wednesday morning, where is your Idol run down?
I wish you safe journeys.
Radley Balko,
I spoke with a friend of mine yesterday about your positions on Medical Examiners in Mississippi and politicians in Louisiana. He lives in Mississippi and has lived for years in Louisiana. He could not agree with you more on your thoughts. If anything he considers your position too mild! You are bringing the inadequacy of the forensic pathology of the great state of Mississippi into question all across this nation. Keep up the good fight and you WILL win. Let me know if I can help!
Michael
Radley, what time is the Sewanee event? It’s not on their website.
