		<description>This is good news for a change.  It amazes me that the state has allowed this situation to drag out for a decade.  I wonder how people who sat on a jury involving an autopsy done by Dr. Hayne feel now about their vote because I don't know how this doesn't call into question every trial he's been involved with.</description>
